Our Service provides a proxy to various third-party AI models. You agree to use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.

• You are responsible for the content you generate using the Service.
• You may not use the Service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• You agree not to engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the Service, its servers, or networks. This includes, but is not limited to, spamming, DDoS attacks, or attempting to bypass our security measures.
• We reserve the right to automatically block IP addresses that exhibit suspicious or malicious behavior to protect the integrity of the Service.

3. Purchases and Payments

We offer lifetime access plans for a one-time fee. All payments are final and non-refundable. By making a purchase, you agree to these terms.

Token limits for daily plans reset at UTC midnight. "Pay2Go" plans require a positive token balance to use the service, with a free daily allowance as specified on our pricing page.

4. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the Service or the content generated through it. We are not affiliated with OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, or any other official AI model provider.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall exomlapi.com, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

We implement security measures designed to protect your information. Your user account data is stored in a configuration file on our server with restricted access. However, please be aware that no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee complete security.
